HOUSTON— January 9, 2019— When CompuCycle leaders looked at automating the company’s e-scrap processing, they realized there was no point in reinventing a well-functioning wheel. Colt Recycling, which has done business with CompuCycle, was already successfully using a custom-designed shredding and separation system in New Hampshire.

Houston Processor Installs Commodities Recovery Line
HOUSTON— August 23, 2018— CompuCycle is expanding its footprint and capabilities with the installation of a multi-million-dollar shredding and separation system.
The 22-year-old company recently agreed to purchase a 40,000-square-foot space near its existing facility for the installation of the shredding and separation system. The new processing line will be the result of a partnership with New Hampshire-based processor Colt Recycling.

HOUSTON— September 14, 2017— “The Basel Action Network (BAN) has issued a second report presenting information derived from its GPS tracking activities. Like the first report from a year ago, this report names electronics recyclers and leaves the casual reader presuming each named recycler is complicit in illegal exporting (part of an “export chain,” as BAN puts it).
Response to BAN Press Release
September 6, 2017— CompuCycle had no prior knowledge of the BAN press release on September 6, 2017. We take issue with that release. We are horrified to be listed by BAN as a “Scam Recycler.”
CompuCycle did not export a printer from our Houston facility to Hong Kong. What actually happened is as follows: CompuCycle delivered 15 skids of printers to our approved recycler in Fort Worth, Texas on July 13, 2017, and this is documented
